We highlight another creative gem. The song (embedded above) is “Live As It Gets” by Foster & The Pranksters. It features celebrated rapper, and former member of rap group Slaughterhouse, Royce Da 5’9. The song is lifted off La Honda EP, where it sits as the sixth and last track. This project has just been released (10th August).
Foster & The Pranksters was founded in 2016 by New Jersey born-and-raised rapper, Foster. He enlisted founding member Mike C, who later recruited his longtime friend, bassist Steve Padelski. Chris Stadler later joined this year. They are a crossbreed between rock music and hip hop and were influenced by the likes of Kanye West and The Strokes and Jimi Hendrix.
