Joel Baker has released the video for “Harder To Fall”, the soulful, electronic-driven pop song. The record finds Joel crooning through the powerful chorus over a gripping melodic tune. He also infuses elements of rap. Released via Virgin EMI, it was produced by Jordan Riley and mixed by Manny Marroquin.
The Daniel Brereton-directed video was shot on location in Lancaster and features some beautiful scenery. The song talks about how a series of heartbreaks and disappointments make it harder and harder for one to fall in love again.
A songwriter and producer, Joel is a former Labour party speechwriter who was discovered by Radio 1 executives on the compelling nature of his demos.
