Moroccan musician Yassine Kodssi, professionally known as Kodssi, has released a new song, “Fou Fou”. The percussion-heavy, groovy record features European producer, Johno, who he’s worked with on a number of tracks. The son of the famous Abdel-Jalil Kodssi, Yassine is ready to immerse himself into international scene with his sound which infuses jazz and other elements into his ethnic Gnawa tunes. 

On the production front, Johno gets support from arranger and multi-instrumentalist Vagelis Stefanopoulos and engineer Nikos Mixalodimitrakis. On the music side, Kodssi is aided by Yoel Soto (bass) and Sotiris Ntouvas, and Angelos Polychronou, both on percussion.
