Noah Kahan has announced his debut full-length album, with the just released single “Mess” as its first single. Out now, the sweet song, which is accompanied by an interesting video, was produced by Joel Little, whom Noah has frequently been working with. The song follows up the chart-topping success of his previous singles “Hurt Somebody” and “False Confidence” and about it Kahan says:
“I initially called ‘Mess’ ‘Feed the Dogs’ because my pups were a huge part of the inspiration for the tune. When I was in Vermont after high school, they were my only company during what was a lonesome time. With that in mind, I knew I had to make the music video be centered around dogs. Despite my dogs’ jealousy, we got 11 trained professional dogs (who were way more famous than me) for the shoot in LA and shot a video I really loved. Hope you guys like it too!”
At the moment, the young singer/songwriter is part of Dean Lewis’ tour as a supporting act. You can find the dates here on Noah Kahan’s website.
