Peridot breaks their hiatus with a new song and video, “Fleeting”. It is a stripped-down piano ballad that carries vulnerable lyrics. The self-written, self-arranged song explores the concept of impermanence. On this piece, the band is supported by a string quartet.

Peridot is an LA-based duo that consists of Hillary Reynolds (vocals, piano & mandolin) and Trevor Jarvis (guitar & cello). Formed in Boston in 2016, they make folk music with an indie-pop touch.
