After connecting via Instagram, six Australian musicians felt drawn to each other’s unique music styles and soon, Sydney’s newest music collective BoomChild was formed. Composed of Charbel and Rico (vocalists/emcees), Finbar (keyboardist), Ben (drummer), Riley (bassist) and James (guitarist), the outfit’s sound spans genres such as funk, soul, R&B, electronic and hip-hop. Think of a blend of Stevie Wonder, Kaytranada and Anderson .Paak’s styles.

BoomChild’s debut single “Every Little Thing” has just dropped. This is an enjoyable feel-good song with a delightful little hook and affectionate vocals.
