Gedion Brown is a US singer/songwriter, pianist and producer from Boston, Massachusetts. The musician’s debut album The Prodigal is now out. In creating the LP, he did work with musician and engineer, Marc McElroy at Electric Cave studios in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

“If I Can’t Have You” is one of the tracks on the record. According to Gedion, the song was ‘written after a very difficult breakup a few years ago. It tells a story of how devastating that can be and how hard it is to put your life back together after an event like that…
