24-year-old Axel Flóvent is a gifted singer-songwriter whose songs are known to elevate the listener to an acoustic heaven. On March 27, he unveiled a new EP Tourist. This should be taken as a full exploration of the Húsavík-raised, Reykjavík-based Icelandic musician’s indie-folk leanings. Released via Nettwerk, the project includes previously released singles “Tourist” and “Driving Hours”.
