Alt. rock band Slow Train‘s full length debut is scheduled for a April 20 release. Titled A Mile From Town, the LP will include 12 songs that were carefully picked from a chest of more than 50 recordings which the outfit took about a year to create.

Arriving today is “Pick It Up”, the third and latest single off of the project – the first and second were “Skip To The End” and “Love Who We Are”, respectively. This song entails blasting drums, engaging riffs and a soaring chorus. With its discerning lyrics, “Pick It Up” is a winsome and exciting precursor to the album.
