Horn Engine is a newly formed neo-soul project by Bill Dowling, a trumpeter, composer and arranger based in Los Angeles. Their music is horn-driven, just as their debut single “The World Above” shows. The song features vocals of Devyn Rush. Other musicians involved include: Michael O’Neill (guitar), Dan Levine (trombone), Chaz Chambers (drums), Bill Dowling (trumpet, flugelhorn) and, of course, Bill Dowling (bass, keyboard).

“The World Above” is very smooth and will transport the listener straight to another world. Listen to the song and follow Horn Engine and Devyn Rush on Instagram.
