Haawa dexterously turned her delirious musings into a vibey song which she’s just released as her debut single. “‘Recalibrate’ is about trying to find some bit of balance in this crazy last year,” says the Harlem-based artist.

She continues: “Battling feelings of frustration and trying to replace them with calm… managing to dismiss some of the angst and lean into good vibes and the simple things I can control.“

The trippy, summer-loving track was produced by Tom Matera, with the bouncy trap-infused beat being supplied by Nico Paradysz. “Recalibrate” features lush vocals which are backed with Haawa’s smooth harmonies.
