Talented 13-year-old singer Carson Ferris shared his new single, “Speed Limit”, on March 3. With this one, he crafted an upbeat pop/rock anthem. The song highlights what it takes to chase one’s dreams as a musician.

“Speed Limit” is very thoughtful, with the lyrics showing a maturity beyond Carson’s age. Co-written and produced by Mykyl, the track is characterized by bright guitars and cinematic drums.

“‘Speed Limit’ is very personal in a lot of ways.“, says Carson. “I don’t always feel this way, but sometimes I do
get overwhelmed trying to make it as a musician who also happens to be a kid.”
