Last Friday, London-born Nigerian artist David Arlo dropped a new single via Arista Records. Named “Speeding”, it is a powerful piano-guided ballad. Arlo’s vulnerable lyrics and dynamic delivery make the song utterly rousing.

In his own words: “‘Speeding’ is about rejection. It’s about removing yourself from spaces that don’t serve you or value you and welcoming people and spaces that see you, hear you, and, most importantly, respect you.”
