Australian electro pop duo Alta Falls returned on June 1 with a brand new EP named Wild Dreams. The 5-song project was released alongside the final single “I Can See Your Face Through The Rain”. American singer and producer Michael Mayo is featured on this smooth track.

“Michael reached out to us and said he was addicted to our song ‘Rain’, and said he had some ideas for a remix,” explains Matthew (one half of Alta Falls). “We thought there was no harm in hearing his ideas – we were absolutely floored by what we heard. His voice is otherworldly, and I still get goosebumps every time I hear the second verse and outro.”

Lead singer Nathanael says this about the song: “It tells the story of a new relationship — that time where being vulnerable and opening up about your demons and mental health struggles feels almost impossible. The perceived threat kicks in, and you fear you’ll lose the relationship before it’s even started.”
