Lynden Williams makes music as Divorce Court. The artist and producer is getting ready to release his new album called Two Hours (due 7th July).

His latest offering “Woodcrest” is the third single lifted off of that scheduled record. The dream-pop track involves soothing vocals and hazy synths being laid on a bedrock of midtempo drumbeats.

This one is really special to me,” Divorce Court shares. “It feels like it has its own life after everyone who’s put their magic on it over this last year. It’s a conversation between my inner child and I. It’s about honoring that moment when you come back together, and making new promises that you intend to keep. There is an obvious theme on this new album and I have been hesitant to share too much, but I hope this one connects with you in those levels of your consciousness that we sometimes forget to check in on.

The song saw him team up with talented musicians. Ukiah Bogle played drums while Ryan Heyner and Damian Taylor mixed and mastered the track, respectively. Trevor Free directed the music video.
