The upcoming debut album by Swiss indie-pop band Soft Loft is slowly taking shape. After “Rose Colored“, the outfit is back with the second single. This new song is christened “Happy New Year”.

Although just as upbeat as the previous song, “Happy New Year” is moodier, with the lyrics describing a breakup. The writing is steeped in storytelling.
