In the past year or so, we at Aipate have raved about rapper Obeeyay and his brand of pop music. “Forgive & Forget” with Alayna Grace, and “Closure” still feature on my personal playlist.

Well, Obeeyay is back with another -pop song called “Getting Over You”. This one is heavier on synths, with the singer making use of his R&B-inflected vocals inviting the listener to sing along.

The singer’s lyrics have emotional depth, making “Getting Over You” even more engaging. Evidently, it was brilliantly crafted.
