Mannheim-based outfit KALK¥L and French artist Laventure have joined forces for a 3-song collaborative EP. The first single, “Bon Retour À La Maison”, dropped a couple of weeks ago.
“Bon Retour À La Maison” is a blissful indie-pop track characterized by dense, layered instrumentation and spoken lyrics. It features soothing horns by German musician Julian Maier-Hauff, and was produced and mastered by Michael Nowatzky and Zino Mikorey, respectively.
“Bon Retour À La Maison” is warm and nostalgic. The song got stuck in my head on first listen. You’ll definitely enjoy this one.
