There’s this alluringly vibey new song that I just can’t get enough of. Named “4 My 4C’s”, it stemmed from a recent collaboration between deathbypeanuts and J.A.D.E..

Regular Aipate readers already know who the former is; deathbypeanuts is an enigmatic German alt-R&B musician. For J.A.D.E., I’m personally just getting ushered into her world. She is indeed a talented singer from Dominica, the tiny Caribbean island (not to be confused with the Dominican Republic, lol).

Back to “4 My 4C’s”, it’s a sultry tribute to 4C hair type. On it, the singer soothes listeners with her sweet, honeyed vocals, lyrically highlighting the beauty in authenticity. The message is just as beautiful as the track itself.
