Two of my favourite pop singers Zach Hood and ROSIE linked up for a collaboration and the result is a marvellous duet called “Happy Ever After”. Released through Sony Music Entertainment’s Arista Records, the emotionally rousing song was accompanied with a gripping video that captures the two performing the song.

“Happy Ever After” is filled with tender melodies and beautiful vocal harmonies that augment its moving lyrics. “’Happy Ever After’ is about two people that were in a relationship but ended up having a mutual breakup,” Zach explains.

He continues: “This song is on the other side of that relationship and seeing things on social media or hearing from someone that this person is doing so good without you in their life. In reality these people are both feeling like they’re missing something and they’re truly not happy without them. They both feel like it’s their fault the relationship didn’t work out, but they don’t speak or keep in contact with this person so they sit with the thoughts that they tell themselves. ROSIE and I had a session back in June of this year. I had the ‘if it’s happy ever after why am i not happy after losing you’ lyric ready for the session. Weird enough on the plane ride to Nashville, TN she also had written the lyric ‘Happy Ever After’ on a piece of paper without knowing i had done the same. If that’s not fate i don’t know what is.”

On her part, ROSIE says that “‘Happy Ever After’ is about the feeling you get when you lose someone you thought you’d never lose. It was such a pleasure creating this song with Zach, and I’m honored to be a part of this track.”
