Set to be released on 15th November, Future Bubblers 8.0 will the eighth yearly compilation album by Brownswood Recordings. The London-based label’s “Future Bubblers” program focuses on promoting emerging talents.

“Damn” by Leicester-based psychedelic soul band Shadeemus is the upcoming album’s lead single. The funk-soul cut is sexy and seductive. From its engaging percussion and rich sax lines to the honeyed vocals, this song simply irresistible.

Shadeemus was founded by Shaquille Thompson (a.k.a. Scott Xylo) and Adam Martin (a.k.a. Adeemus), who were later joined by Ade Balogun (a.k.a. Demigosh). The trio’s music explores the intersection of past and future sounds, with innovation forming core of the sound.
