Danish outfit june follow up “Cross Bridges” with a moving track, “Crying In The Bathroom”.

At the beginning of this year, we wrote a piece about june, the pop band from Denmark who had just made a return after a 3-year hiatus. Well, the follow-up has just arrived, and it’s a beautiful acoustic-leaning track called “Crying In The Bathroom”. The song has a touching melancholic tone.

“I think a lot of people have that one friend who has a 100 friends, and is always the last one to leave the party. The song is about that person, and what happens when the party’s over,” lead singer Celine says, continuing: “That’s always been the story. But to be honest I think it was a distance I created so it was easier to reveal some hard truths about myself in the song.”
