When not working in the ranch, California’s Stefan J. Selbert finds time to make music.

The burgeoning singer-songwriter has a new song out. Called “Angry Horses”, the emo-influenced indie rock track features musicians Shane T. Fitzgibbon (drums) and Andrew Minter (bass). It quite introspective — and there are lyrics that will stay with me for a while.

The artist says, “The song was written about the selfish feelings I have. I work alone on Sundays so I get lots of time to think. Sort of a diary of the thoughts that fill my head when I’m busy with menial tasks on the ranch.“

Although just starting out, Stefan is already able to evoke deep emotion with each lyric he pens. “Angry Horses” illustrates this perfectly.
