Willoh hadn’t released any new music since the unveiling of her sizzling debut album at the end of January. Now, the 19-year-old artist is back, this time showcasing her brand of bedroom pop on a brand new single. “BUCKSHOT” is the name of that new release.

“Throughout the creation of “BUCKSHOT,” I learned a lot about acceptance,” the young artist & producer opens up. “Realizing that acceptance doesn’t mean you’re instantly unaffected by change. I went through cycles of guilt for pouring too much of myself out, shrinking, losing confidence, blaming, being okay and then not okay again. Each section of the song was written in the middle of one of those emotions, ending only to begin the cycle all over again.”

Hailing Springfield, Missouri, Willoh writes and produces her own songs. And, it’s amazing how her left-of-centre production results in songs as amazing as “BUCKSHOT”.
