There’s this new tune I think you’d really love. Named “Only Water”, it is a collaboration between Netherlands-based singer-songwriter Joya Mooi and Nigerian artist Lady Donli.
The afrobeats-laced R&B track is so smooth and uplifting, with its lyrics centred on resilience. “Only Water” was inspired by the story of Greg Louganis, an Olympian who had to overcome a great deal of personal challenges.
Produced by Willem Ardui, it blends lush guitar melodies with an irresistible bassline. This upbeat song will surely inject positive energy into your week.
