Ohms Law Montana, an up-and-coming rapper from Kenya’s coastal town of Diani, has been churning out new music since the year began. One of the songs that caught my attention is “HAKIMU” (the title is a Swahili word meaning a ‘judge’). The Afro-pop track features Tanzanian singer-songwriter Geniusjini.

“HAKIMU” captures each of them sharing their relationship experiences from an artist’s perspective. GeniusJini sings while Ohms delivers his rhymes in spoken word format but there is equal intensity in their lyrics.

“HAKIMU” is presented by 8100Ent and Upward Music Records.
