Asha Gold is not letting the difficulties of 2020 hinder her rise. After debuting last year with the song “Too Good”, the R&B/pop singer proceeded to drop a couple of singles that have kept our attention on her exciting career growth. Recently, Asha shared her fourth single “Oscar”, which arrived side-by-side a stunning visual. The song is directed at lying and manipulative partners and the video makes the lyrics more vivid.

“I wrote this song a long time ago in my bedroom, deciding to tell the same story from three different perspectives – one verse for each character. The metaphor of cinema reflects the deception and pretense taking place: somebody here is so good at lying that they deserve an Oscar for their performance.”
