If music is in deed heritable, then Anolah has it etched into her DNA. Her father plays bass in a couple of bands and her mother is a ‘powerhouse vocalist’.

These influences, both musical and cultural, are present in the 18-year-old London-born singer’s debut single “Stones”. The grungy alt-rock track also showcases her soulful voice.

About it, Anolah indicates, “I chose to release this song first ‘cause it’s one that I felt very connected to as it’s raw and emotional. It’s all about being young, experimenting with different personas and figuring yourself out.”

And yes, she got us captivated.
