Born 22 years ago in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in his current city of London, Kid Alpha is on the exciting list of emerging artists. The singer shared a brand new single last Friday. He named the song “Manyewu”.

The dancefloor-ready track combines elements of afrobeats and amapiano. Kid’s vocals have a mellow feel which suits the seductive lyrics.

He says that the song describes “how beautiful the woman I’m dating makes me feel. I’m willing to do anything for her because losing her to another guy would be the worst thing that could happen to me.”
