22-year-old London singer-songwriter Matilda Mann has a new EP which she named You Look Like You Can’t Swim. Released via Arista Records on 14th July, it is a five-song mini-collection.

The songs are raw, pensive and sees the singer embracing fragility. On each track, Matilda’s vocals take centre stage next to the gentle acoustic guitars.

Arriving with the EP was the title track, a gripping indie-folk piece. This song was accompanied by an evocative visual.

Speaking about the EP, Matilda shared “Over the past few years, I’ve loved progressing and experimenting with different types of genres and musical instruments and working with other musicians and producers, but I’ve had such an urge to create a small group of songs that feel so simple, vulnerable, Romantic and emotional. The kind of songs I would’ve dreamed to make and release when I was 16.”
