After more than two years of not releasing new music, Lauryn Macfarlane returns to our pages with a new song called “Dive”. The Canadian alt-pop artist first crossed our radar in 2020 when she dropped her “Friendly” single.

For this new song, Lauryn travelled to Los Angeles to work with fellow Montreal native Jason Kellner (on production).

Jason’s instrumental is filled with warm melodies which set the mood for the singer-songwriter to pour her heart out to us. “Dive” captures the feeling of allowing yourself to fall in love while being aware of the dangers involved. It’s fun and upbeat.
