UK composer and producer David Gledhill (who goes by the moniker SOULS) linked up with legendary American house vocalist Robert Owens for a new song. The result is a rousing house/soul house record named “Through the Storm”. A music video which was filmed in Ibiza accompanies the track.

About the new song, the David says: “I came up with the idea for the music for ‘Through the Storm’ during a family holiday to Ibiza. I was listening to The Woodentops & Massive Attack and I wanted to make a track that was sonically melancholic but with an upbeat groove. Just strings and drums. And then when Robert Owens added the emotional lyrics and his extraordinary voice, it just felt so right.”
