Luisa Chumbinho, professionally known as zinha, recently got to release her eagerly awaited debut single, “why do you make me wait?”. The alt-pop song arrived on 24th June via B3SCI Records, and was accompanied by a DIY music video. It is lifted from the UK-based Portuguese artist’s upcoming debut EP titled ☹☺.

“why do you make me wait?” is a gripping love ballad that invites us to marvel at her impeccable voice. zinha is a recognizable busker in the streets of Lisbon, and some of the clips in the video show her performing in front of small audiences across the city. “why do you make me wait?” is quite a beautiful piece.

The scheduled EP will carry 8 songs that highlight the singer-songwriter’s various musical influences. I can’t wait for its release.
