Musically nostalgic and lyrically confessional, the most recent offering from the London singer is reminiscent of 2000’s R&B.

“Chose You” is a smooth, heartfelt slow-burner heavy on storytelling. On it, NXTHXN (who was born Nathan Palmer) delves into a situation where he had to make a difficult choice.

He expounds, “It’s about the difficult truth of breaking someone else’s heart while chasing what feels right. Honest, vulnerable, and unapologetic, this track captures the emotional complexity of choosing the love you can’t live without.“

Nathan has been a session vocalist for many years, lending his vocals on songs by the likes of Grace Jones and WizKid. Slowly but surely, the artist is getting to release music more often and I can’t wait to hear the next.
