Northampton-based band Sarpa Salpa releases a new single, “Smith”. The song comes after their year-long streak of writing, recording and gig performances across the UK. This new composition harnesses and reflects on the anger and sadness that ensues a failed relationship. It expresses emotion albeit through an energetic sound of guitar riffs. The single was released digitally on September 14th with support from Well Heeled Recordings (vinyl records will be out as from October 14th).

“…it is a retrospective track which centers around the collapse of a relationship before it has even begun….” ~ Marcus Marooth, the band’s lead singer.
