Robert Connely Farr & the Rebeltone Boys’ new album tastes of “Dirty South Blues”

You surely don’t have to be an ardent blues fan to dig Robert Connely Farr & the Rebeltone Boys‘ new album, Dirty South Blues. Not only does it carry a smooth vibe and beautiful tunes, it’s also quite a lyrically engaging project. In fact, all I did was listen to “Hey Mr. Devil” and I forthright knew I’d have to squeeze all the LP’s 10 songs into my playlist. Dirty South Blues was produced by Canadian producer/songwriter Leeroy Stagger and it materialized after a period that saw singer/songwriter Robert Connely Farr being mentored by blues icon Jimmy Holmes.

Stream the songs via Soundcloud or buy the album on Bandcamp.
