Harder To Fall-crooner Joel Baker shares a new piece “What’s A Song?”. With this record, the soulful, British singer/songwriter marks the first release off his upcoming debut album. To spice things even further, he’s also revealed the schedule for his headline tour, with venues spread across The UK. “What’s A Song” was produced by Jordan Riley, for Virgin EMI Records.
[Update] The official video for the song is now out…
About this heartfelt, indie-pop song, Joel (a former Labour Party speechwriter) says:
“I wrote it a few years ago and it’s great to have it finally introduced to the world. When you lose someone in your life, especially someone who you’ve been living for, it leaves an ugly space that makes life feel worthless at times. Also, it’s hard to know how long to wait before you remove their profile icon from your Netflix account. It’s about the important questions!“
