South Africa’s DJ Odyccy has a new EP out. Titled Music Reigns, the project carries 6 solid tracks. “Hamba” which features vocalist Boohle, is one of the tracks on the EP. It is an Afro-house tune which falls into the ‘Amapiano’ sub-genre. ‘Amapiano’ is a popular South African derivative of house music that combines elements deep house and gqom and is laced with the jazzy, soulful sound of a piano.
