For the video to her latest single named “Papaya”, UK-based songstress Dyo enlisted director Capone. The Afrobeat-influenced song, which appears on her debut EP Dyologue, features Ghanaian artist Lord Afrixana. “Papaya” is a fun mid-tempo tune; Afrixana’s smooth flow complements Dyo‘s signature sultry delivery.

Dyo (born Dayo Olatunji) has knack for making hits and this stretches back to her time as songwriter. About the EP, she remarks: “This EP means so much to me. I’ve put a lot of time and effort, and love and energy into it – it feels like years in the making. I’m finally here putting a body of work out into the world that I feel really proud of.
