Daara J Family is a Senegalese hip hop duo from Dakar. The extensively touring band released an album a couple of days ago, on January 31. Yaamatele is 12 tracks long and its first single is “Tchékoulé”. This is a flavourful blend of rap and traditional West African sounds. The music video is a demonstration of the kind of energy that the track embodies.
