There is an exciting new female artist in town. Her name is An!les (pronounced Selina). The up-and-coming, Nairobi-based singer has introduced herself to the world with the “Energy”, her debut single.

Talking about the song, Selina says that she has reached the point of getting rid of all the bad energy in her life and encourages everyone else to do the same. Over a simple melodic beat that complements her natural voice, she sings in a soulful manner, occasionally switching to a bit of rap.
     “Energy” was released on 9T6 Entertainment, which refers to itself as a music family rather than a label.
