From the vulnerable lead single “Forgive Myself“, it was evident Shaylen’s upcoming project would be personal. Now that the new EP titled Temporary Feelings is out, everything is clear.

When unveiling the 4-song project, the young pop singer and songwriter noted: “This EP is a rollercoaster of emotions I went through over the last year, coming out of a really long-term relationship and thinking the world was ending. In the end, I reminded myself, everything—even feelings—are temporary.”

Alongside the EP, she she shared the lyrics video for “Roll The Dice”, an 80’s and 90’s inspired anthem about dating. The other two track’s are “Voicemails” and the upbeat “Goodbyes”.
