Manana seals his entry with debut album, In the beginning was the end

Manana had already shown us his vocal and songwriting abilities with singles like “Distance (I’m Yours)” and “Call Me”. Now, the Johannesburg-based R&B artist is sealing his entry into the industry with a complete body of work. His debut album, In the beginning was the end, is here with us and the 7-track project is a truly enchanting collection of songs.

Created as a concept album, In the beginning was the end tells a love story that begins with heartache and ends beautifully. Each piece is carefully crafted to fit into Manana’s original idea. Highlighted above is the dreamy “Call Me”.

26-year-old Manana hails from the Kingdom of Eswatini (formerly Swaziland). He began his musical journey at the age of 8 in a school choir and since then, he’s been gradually been honing his skills. As a songwriter, Manana worked with artists such as Burna Boy, Jon Vinyl and Sauti Sol.
