German artist & producer byelian dropped his third single over the weekend. Called “thud”, it’s an immaculate piece of dark-pop. The musician’s moody electro-pop production accentuates his pensive lyrics and emotive vocals.
“‘Thud’ is a cry for help – a call to reach out to one’s closest counterpart and believe with all one’s might in something different, something better. The daily increasingly dull pain blurs into a feeling of disorientation with the only desire to escape it once and for all,” explains byelian.
Self-produced, the track was mixed by Kiko Masbaum and mastered by Robin Schmidt. Alongside it arrived a film shot by Amelie Siegmund.
