For many, “First Time Thing” is an introduction to Calabasas (formerly known as The Image). This emerging Los Angeles-based duo made up by Watrcup and Franskiiz have in the past collaborated with acts such as Kanye West, Marc E Bassy and UnoTheActivist.

“First Time Thing” offers the listener a modern tale of falling in and out of love and then cutting strings. The music video captures the lighthearted, summer vibes that this R&B/pop song conjures.
