Mugun is an inexorable new talent emerging out of Coventry, England. The young rapper’s latest offering, “Underglow”, sees him bring his articulate lyricism and melodic flows to the foreground.

Not taking a breather, Mugun delivers his explosive, uncompromising bars with the dexterity of a veteran emcee. The music video is itself a work of art, with director Fraser Mitchell and his team perfectly bringing out the raw and impeccable nature of the rapper’s lyrics and delivery.

“The song is titled ‘Underglow’ because it represents what’s really happening beneath the surface. Most people see the sparkling lights and don’t scratch beneath the pretty exterior of what a city offers, ‘Underglow’ takes us beyond that and defines the city from my perspective.”
