morgen is a 17-year-old newcomer from Santa Cruz, California. Exuding charm and confidence in her songwriting, she creates songs with unbelievable depth.

Released alongside a stunning visual couple of weeks ago, “Sweet 16” is her newest (and third ever) single. morgen debuted in July with song “Odd One Out”, following it about a month later with the song “3D“.

With “sweet 16”, she delves into teenage angst, but doesn’t seem interested in blending in at all — the music video offers a perfect illustration. The production on this track is bouncy, fresh and generally captivating.
