The latest single from UK soul band Bare Jams is called “Rockets”. The track was released a couple of weeks ago and is another exhibition of their engaging sound.

“Rockets” is lively, thanks to the dominant horn section. Lyrically, however, it is thought-provoking.

Bare Jams say, “‘Rockets’ is a tune that highlights life’s toxic and and healthy  traits. The negative echo chamber of fake news, money and comparison. We all long to brake free of this oppression and aggression but blame the outside world on not being able to budge. The song floats the idea that we can create our own safe place that we nurture and maintain in order to get to our desired destinations and outcomes while spreading love at the same time. ‘Rockets’ is a homage to positive perception and optimisim“.
