Malian songstress Fatoumata Diawara has announced a new album, with its first single “Nsera” out now.

The track features UK musician Damon Albarn, who co-wrote, co-produced, played keys and sung on it.

“Nsera” was released in the company of a colorful video which takes you on a journey to Africa. ‘Nsera’ means ‘destination’ in the Malian language of Bambara.
