The Wolves Smell Joy is the just released album by quick-rising US rapper Don Michael Jr. The 11-song project arrived with the single “3 Deep” (posted above).
“3 Deep” paints Don as a ‘sore winner’ who can be heard reflecting on the highs and lows in his life. There’s a celebratory mood which is epitomized by the discernible braggadocio in the rhymes.
The Wolves Smell Joy is about the roadblocks meant to diminish one’s momentum. It’s a surely impressive body of work.
